If a buyer has requested a return you will receive a Returns Request email. Click on the Check Returns Status link at the bottom of the email or go to the Account Manager, select Sales and click on the ‘returns’ tab and find the item that the buyer wishes to return. Click on the Returns button. You will then get to the Returns page. Accept the returns and include your returns insctructions if you have not pre-set these already under the Selling Options section in which case the returns instructions will automatically be populated.  Click on the Accept Return(s) button. The buyer will then receive an email telling them how to return the item. Once you have received the return, please refund the item(s).
